I hope you are keeping in good health. I’m Rana Faraz Ahmed, a Software Engineer, a Data Scientist and a PhD Scholar from Pakistan.
The government of Pakistan is offering a scholarship (INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH SUPPORT INITIATIVE PROGRAM) to its enrolled PhD scholars for a period of six months. To be able to use it, I need to get an official acceptance letter for research from a foreign institute. The deadline to complete my application in all respects is December 30, 2022 (Friday). The research grant will be given by the HEC – Higher Education Commission, Pakistan.

Currently, I’m enrolled at a leading public sector university named The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan, as a PhD Scholar in the Computer Science department and my research synopsis titled ‘Financial Sentiment Analysis Using Blending Machine Learning Approach’ has been accepted by the Board of Research & Advanced Studies of my institute. Furthermore, I’ve gone through your and your institute’s (XYZ) hefty research profile, which has not only overlapped my domain but also inspired me a lot. I formally request you grant me an acceptance letter to continue my research work under your supervision at your institute for six months. Otherwise, please guide me about the procedures, as I’m very eager to take the honour of being a part of your research team.
